I'm sure you can you relate to me when I speak of unbearable hand pain that causes soreness,
tenderness and aches in wrist joints and finger joints.
Lately
I have been experiencing these terrible hand
pain located in the joints of my wrists and fingers. No matter how many
times I try to crack the ligaments and joints, there doesn’t seem to be any
improvement on the pain that I experience in my hands. It only feels like the
joints are tightening up and the pain kicks in once again sooner or later. I
can’t really explain the pain. It’s not like a bruise. It feels as if something
within my joints is sore. So, my 1st
trip was into a Doctor here in Jersey and I had no idea there were so many
people earning a Medical Lab Technician Salary
until I saw like 20 of them buzzing all around in just one big office complex.
I
don’t really know what caused my hand
pain either although I suspect years of typing on a keyboard in a cubicle and
insufficient workouts may be the main cause. Regardless of what the reason may
be, all I know is that the stiffness and soreness that I experience in my hands
has hindered my enjoyment of daily activities lately. It
has gotten so painful that I can no longer participate in daily activities
without feeling the effects on my joints sometimes. It’s absolutely horrible!
I
can’t even seem to open jars or containers without feeling the pain take effect
on my hands. The strength and grip that I once had
possessed seemed to have disappeared lately. I can’t even open my
favorite strawberry jam in the morning for my toast so let’s not even think
about what it has done to my athletic ability. My weakened grip has really taken
a toll on my life to be honest.
I
didn’t think much of it at first. I thought it was probably a common side
effect of aging. I thought that everyone was bound to experience hand pain sometime in their life, but I
was wrong. None of my colleagues or friends seemed to be experiencing the same
pains as I was. They all seemed to be leading perfectly normal lives. After
some time, I began to accept that the pain just pertained to me and I was going
to have to deal with solving the problem at hand sooner or later.
I
got sent to go see a how much do personal trainers make and they did kinda like an X-ray but
with ultra sound which I thought was cool.
Then
on my own while I wait for their prognosis I have been working with two easy
solutions that my mother recommended to me. Believe it or not I resorted to
phoning my mother. She’s ancient by now and definitely wise with knowledge
about remedies!
One of the remedies I have been experiencing with is soaking my
hand in hot water with added Epson salt. So far it seems to be perfect for me.
All I do is soak it in the water for around 20 minutes a day and the majority
of the pain that I feel seems to dissipate. Although it works, it really isn’t
a permanent solution. It’s more of a temporary solution to get me out of
painful jams.
Easing hand pain is
really that simple. It might not exactly be a permanent measure but it works
well whenever the pain starts kicking in. It’s simple, cheap and a method that
I can easily implement at home. On top of that, it helps me regain the strength
and grip I once had in my hands. It’s the perfect home remedy for me!
Once I had got to a certain level they said I needed to see a
trainer to get my whole body in shape not just my hands. I had to ask my
trainer clinical laboratory scientist salary because he was driving a Jaguar and I'm in a Toyota.
I learned a lot about how our medical system works with my hand rehab and I'm
doing so much better now as well.
